We share agronomy know-how, agree prices before planting, and come back the next season. A predictable buyer is worth more to a smallholder than a good year of spot prices.
Our farmer programme
- Contract before planting. Volumes and varieties are agreed with growers ahead of the season, so acreage is planned against real demand.
- Technical know-how. Field guidance on cultivation, grading and post-harvest handling, transferred from our German side to local practice.
- Direct purchase. We buy the harvest ourselves. Fewer hands between field and factory means better traceability and a fairer price.
Ginger, chilli, tomato and tropical fruit come from partner farms we contract before the season. We buy from the same farms every season. That is the whole quality strategy.
