- Inside Dhaka: 1 to 2 working days.
- Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 working days through our courier partners.
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Orders above the free-delivery threshold ship free.
- Pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer. Bank details are shown on your order confirmation.
Tracking
Every order has an order number. Use the Track order page with your order number and phone number to see its current status and courier updates.
Returns
Food products cannot be returned once opened. If a jar arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, send a photo to info@europial.org or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
