German process discipline on the factory floor
Our purpose-built facility in Sonargaon, Narayanganj processes, fills and packs in glass and pouch. Raw material arrives from the surrounding districts, is graded on site, and is processed the day it is received.
How the plant is organised
- Separated wet and dry lines so pickles, pastes and sauces never share equipment with powders and dried fruit.
- In-house laboratory for incoming inspection and batch release. No product ships without a laboratory release.
- Documented critical control points with process sheets and records kept as a daily habit, not a pre-audit sprint.
- BRCGS-certified food safety and HACCP discipline, the same expectations a European retail buyer applies to a plant in Lower Saxony.
Formats
Glass jars with twist-off lids, glass bottles, PET, resealable pouches, sachets and drums for food service and industrial buyers. Private label and own-brand production run on the same lines with the same records.
Traceability
Every batch links back to the grower, the intake date and the laboratory release. Ask us for the batch record of any jar you buy.
